This is done because of the different strengths and approaches that are applied by each manager. Either one of the two allocated managers may be contacted by the client on a 24 hour basis, should there be the requirement to do so. A senior management weekly visit or meeting is another indicator and aspect of the level of communication that Coach Charters Australia Pty Ltd is committed to.
