Coach Charters Australia Pty Ltd has a policy of allocating two senior company managers to each client. This is done because of the different strengths and approaches that are applied by each manager. This is another area where synergy is one of Coach Charters Australia's greatest strengths and assets.
Either one of the two allocated managers may be contacted by the client on a 24 hour basis, should there be the requirement to do so. A senior management weekly visit or meeting is another indicator and aspect of the level of communication that Coach Charters Australia Pty Ltd is committed to.
